@Olli
IF FMO is sharing out the trophies, rather than letting the managers who deserve them win, then that is a huge scandal.
IF this is the case then FMO would not have any moral right to exclude anyone from FMO for cheating, as they themselves would be the biggest cheats against honest, long serving customers who they are receiving money from!
I trust that FMO are not doing this as I don't think they would be so unethical and short-sighted to destroy their own system.
I actually do have an off-the-wall theory about the latest updates... (which I have no proof whatsoever to back it up with)
I don't think that the original developer is making the recent updates. I say this because:
1 - the updates goes against the original mindset of FMO. The real life players update is a perfect example of this. its undermines the whole scouting and transfer system so much its hard to put into words!
2 - there has been lots of bugs introduced with the updates which didn't happen before. Its as if another (less senior) developer is implementing them.
My theory is that the original developer has a son/daughter who is now about 17-20 years old and is probably following in their father's footsteps into IT and using FMO to practice AI vibe coding on, and not realising how delicate the FMO eco-system is and the negative impact some of the updates is having.
Either way, the original or new developer needs to correct the match calculations ASAP before the slop buries and kills the once great FMO system.
